Inside Sunflower Days

At the heart of the set are two handmade long-format mini journals, each covered in a warm golden sunflower print.

Cream and brown sketched sunflowers scatter across the mustard background, while deep chocolate-brown corner pockets add contrast and provide little hiding places for the included ephemera.

Each journal is finished with metal eyelets, hand-torn cream fabric ties and narrow woven trim with delicate looped edging. The loose threads and beautifully imperfect edges are intentional, adding softness and texture to the more structured paper elements.

Tucked into the pockets you'll find a small assortment of coordinating autumn treasures: vintage-style postcard and correspondence pieces, fall florals, foliage, a sunflower and a sweet little scarecrow holding an ear of corn.

Remove them, rearrange them, journal on them or incorporate them into another project—the pockets are meant to be explored.

Two Oversized Journaling Tags

Sunflower Days also includes two large handmade tags tucked into the oversized holder.

The larger tag is a beautiful deep rust red with a subtle woven texture, while its smaller companion features an intricate neutral brown pattern with the appearance of carved or embossed ornament.

Both are finished with small pieces of raw-edged fabric at the top.

Use them as oversized journal cards, bookmarks, photo mats, collage bases or decorative inserts. Add writing, photographs, stamping and ephemera—or leave them just as they are.

A Pocket That Becomes Part of the Kit

The entire collection rests inside an oversized handmade tag-shaped pocket holder.

The front combines a softly aged ivory background with a warm golden-ochre pocket. Hand-inked edges and subtle mottling give the paper the appearance of something that has already spent a little time tucked away in an old attic drawer.

The generous semicircular opening allows the journals, tags and pen to peek through while making everything easy to remove.

And the holder isn't simply packaging.

Once you've taken out the contents, it becomes another piece to use.

The back has been intentionally left quiet and uncluttered, with softly mottled golden paper and distressed edges. It gives you a large open surface for journaling, photographs, collage, stamping, keepsakes—or whatever you decide belongs there.
