Vintage Halloween decorations have such wonderful personality. Their grinning pumpkins, expressive ghosts, unusual moon faces, and delightfully quirky characters inspired this original Halloween illustration.

Rather than creating something frightening, I wanted this piece to capture that wonderfully peculiar, playful feeling of Halloween imagery from years gone by.
