This brilliant transparent blue is a beautiful choice for watercolor painting as well as junk journals, art journals, handmade ephemera, collage, lettering, and mixed-media projects.
The concentrated liquid color can be used directly from the bottle with a brush or dip pen, while the built-in pipette makes it easy to add individual drops for mixing, splattering, or creating fluid effects across paper.
Add water to soften the color into lighter transparent washes, or layer it for greater intensity. The fast-drying color can also be rewetted and blended, giving journal and paper artists plenty of room to experiment with backgrounds, marks, stains, and decorative details.
